With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruben William Wachter (Cape Girardeau, Missouri), born in Altenburg, Missouri, who passed away on February 21, 2020 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo R. Wachter and Edna C. Wachter (Reisenbichler); and his grandchild Leslie. He is survived by: his sons, Rodney Wachter (Barb) of Altenburg and Rickey Wachter of Altenburg; his siblings, Norman Wachter of Jackson, Edward Wachter of Altenburg, Allen Wachter (Anna Mae) of Jackson, Raymond Wachter (DeeDee) of Huron, SD and Charlotte Wachter of Altenburg; and his grandsons, Adam Wachter (Jenni), Benjamin Wachter (Paige) and Seth Wachter (Jade). He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be given to Shwachman Diamond Syndrome.
