It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Joann Sessoms (Cape Girardeau, Missouri), born in Nashville, Tennessee, who passed away on April 29, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hartwell Franklin and Mable Gallagher Huffman; and her siblings, Virginia "Diddy" Cox (Donald), Frankie Huffman (Louetta) and Russell Huffman.
She is survived by: her children, Deidre Sessoms (David DeNuzzo) of Sacramento and Hank Sessoms (Shannon) of Cape Girardeau; her grandsons, Alexander DeNuzzo, Jace DeNuzzo and Trey Sessoms; and her sister-in-law Pat Huffman. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews.
