He is survived by: his parents, Steven Earl Ruppel (Jane) of Onalaska, Wisconsin and Deborah Wamser Ruppel of Farmington; his wife Lisa K. Lange of Cape Girardeau; his parents-in-law, Vickie and Bill Griffin of Chaffee; his sister-in-law Kara Seyer (Eric) of Chaffee; his sibling's children, Karlee, Kaycee Mae and Luke; his uncle George; his aunts, Rosella Wamser of Belleville and Mary Wamser of Plant City, FL; and his cousins, Greg and Chuck Hahn of Houston, TX.
