He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul and JoAnn Followell Kesterson Sr.; his brother Paul Kesterson II; and his daughter Fallon Fox. He is survived by: his daughters, Brandi Risse (Andrew) of Colorado Springs, CO and Abbi Kesterson of Cape Girardeau; his grandson Jack Risse; and his sister-in-law Kay Kesterson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
