He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sons, Tatum (Kari) and Kory (Lauren); his mother Wilda Kitchen; his brother Paul Kitchen (Peggy); his sibling's children, Angie Womack (Bard), Alison Moorman, Jodie Chappell (Charlie), Sonja Ford (Ron), Mandy Rickett (Andy), Jeff Narsh, Walter Seabaugh (Malissa), Casey Musgrove and Dallas Musgrove (Lieki); his father Paul F. Kitchen; and his nephew Scott Kinder.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorials be made to the Terry W. Kitchen Male Athlete Scholarship at First State Community Bank c/o Tara Holyfield.
