Toftemark of O'Fallon, Margaret Ruddy (Todd Collins) of Golden, Colorado and Fred Ruddy (Jessica) of Shelbyville, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Katherine Toftemark, Eric Toftemark, Payton Ruddy, Stephen Ruddy, Lillie Ruddy, Allison Collins and Emily Collins.
