He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Janelle M. Briner of Cape Girardeau; his sons, Nathaniel C. Briner, Nicholas M. Briner (Dina) and Neil C. Briner (Cara VanGennip); his mother Shirley J. Briner of Lees Summit, Missouri; his siblings, Terry Briner (Monica), Tina Rose (Tracey) and Tammy Davis (Mark Cosgrove); his brother-in-law Brian Smith (Karen); his grandchildren, Dane, Keyton, Sofia, Aurelia, Grant, Kinsley and Cora; and his father Marvin E. Briner. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Whitewater Lodge #417 (573-275-8140) which will be distributed to local charities.
