She is survived by: her husband Sam Smith; her children, Jeffrey Scott (Dawn), Sidney Neal (Cherie) of Cape Girardeau and Penny Leah Tifft (Ken) of New Kent, Virginia.; her grandchildren, Jeremy Bey (Caitlin), Blake Stagner (Katie), Garrett Smith (Stephanie), Alex Stagner and Sophia Smith; her great grandchildren, Katelyn Lee Stagner and Mackenzie Eve Bey; and her siblings, Dimple Wiseman (Delbert), Linda Seabaugh (late Dick), Dewayne Eaker (Velma) and Gary Eaker (Katy).
