He was predeceased by: his parents, Col. Federico Picar and Angelita Dimarucot. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia C. Flores; his children, Ivi Reinbold (Mark) of Brentwood, Tenn. and Aaron Picar (Rachel) of Cape Girardeau; his siblings, Lourdes Sampang (Cesar) of Fullerton, Calif, Gloria Jimenez (Ed) of Quezon City, Philippines and Alberto Picar (Star) of Manila; and his granddaughters, Emilia, Anna and Margaret Piper Huebel-Picar.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Lynwood Baptist Church, Teen Challenge and Young Life.
