She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Tietz and Lydia Tietz (Baesler); and her brother Duane Tietz. She is survived by: her husband Murlin Hintz; her children, Mark Hintz (Ardis) of Milbank and Margo Byrd (Mitch) of Carl Junction, Missouri; her grandchildren, Brock Byrd, Ben Byrd, Wayne Peschong, Karla, Paul Peschong (Jodi) and Troy Peschong (Tamra); her great grandchildren, Dustin, Nathan, Brandon (Audrey), Presley, Jersey, Alyssa (Lance) and Jesse; her great great grandchildren, Grayson, Blair, Carson and Haley; and her brothers, Gary Tietz (Nyla), Bruce Tietz (Roxanne) and Brian Tietz. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Peace Lutheran Church in care of the mortuary.
