It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nita Jane Habbena of Carl Junction, Missouri, who passed away on August 5, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Carl. She is survived by : her children, Carleen Shatto, Paula Habbena, Pat Habbena and Doug Habbena; her grandson Ryan Habbena; and her sister Pegge Hudgins.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Good Shepard Hospice, Olathe, Kansas, or New Beginnings Dog Rescue in Overland Park, Kansas.
