She was predeceased by: her parents, Glendon Shields and Lillian Shields; her husband DeWitt C. Shrout; and her grandson Michael Anthony. She is survived by: her children, Clint Shrout (Jun) and Peggy Shrout Roe; her grandchildren, Brad Shrout, Amy Shrout, Jeff Shrout (Laurie), Chris Anthony (Jenn) and Melissa Russell (Ryan); and her great grandchildren, Bella, Tyler, Ellie, Connor, Ethan and Liam.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her name to the Salvation Army or to the First Christian Church of Independence, MO.
