He was predeceased by: his wife Thelma June Ritchhart; his siblings-in-law, Patricia Appleberry and Kenneth H. Ritchhart; his nephew Mark Appleberry; and his great-nephew Gary Dale Appleberry.
He is survived by: his children, Earnest Dale, Gary and Deborah Buehler (John) of Carrollton; his brother James B. Appleberry of Louisville, Kentucky; his daughter-in-law Bev Appleberry of Gilbert, Arizona; his grandsons, Adam Buehler of Miami, Stuart Buehler (Cassy) of Roberts and Ryan Appleberry (Brie) of Phoenix, Arizona; his siblings-in-law, Roy and Sue Ritchhart; and his nephews, David Ritchhart, Michael Ritchart, Scott Ritchhart and Tim Appleberry.
