He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Herman and Melba Ione Schlueter (Whitley); his sons, Dale Schlueter, Jr. and Logan Edward Schlueter; his siblings, Art Schlueter and Betty Wheeler Steele; his great-niece Nikki Albert; and his nephew Kenton Dale Wheeler.
He is survived by: his wife Katy; and his daughter Cindy Schlueter of Blue Springs, Missouri. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
