It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michelle Renee Owens of Carrollton, Missouri, born in Trenton, Missouri, who passed away on November 13, 2021, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon L. Riddle and Roberta Mae Riddle (Herring). She is survived by: her husband David Lee Melton, Jr.; her daughter Courtney Owens (Johnnie Horton) of Carrollton; her sister Ronda Perkins (Jeffrey) of Carrollton; her grandchildren, Taylen Yeomans, Tayona Floyd, Taydin Floyd, Joshua Wright, Jr. and Mowgli Wright; her nieces, BaiLee Riddle (Dominic Gambino) of Independence and Kami Cox of Carrollton, Missouri; her aunts and uncles, Ronald, Sandra Herring of Trenton, Teresa Neal of Ludlow, Rusty Riddle of Braymer and Lisa Barron (Jeff) of Ludlow; her nephew Jason O'Neal; her parents-in-law, Patsy and Mark Lee Smith, Sr.; and her siblings-in-law, Heather Miller, Terri O'Neal and Mark Lee Smith, Jr. of Carrollton, Missouri.
