It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carole Hall Surgi formerly of Carthage, Missouri, born in Springfield, Missouri, who passed away on May 5, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Viva Marie Bradley Hall and Joseph Eugene Hall; her husband Sidney Charles Surgi; her children, Elizabeth Surgi Mariner (Thom) of Cincinnati, Diane Marie Surgi Bannon (John) of Willard, David Charles Surgi (Tammy Fellwock) of Airport Drive and Paul Joseph Surgi (Tina Harrington) of Airport Drive; and her siblings, David Hall and Cathy Richardson. She was also cherished by 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
