Dale Allen was predeceased by: parents, Ernest Leroy and Iva "Prickett" Smith; and children, Bruce Smith and Sherry Ramsay. Dale Allen is survived by: wife Elizabeth "Sumners"; and daughters, Ellen Spicer (Duane) of Webb City and Janice Lown (Hyrl) of Carthage. Dale Allen is also survived by four grandsons, three great grandsons and five great granddaughters.
