We are sad to announce that on June 15, 2020, at the age of 65, Della Joyce Cobb of Carthage, Missouri, born in Detroit, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Waggoner and Irene Waggoner (Smith). She is survived by: her husband William O. "Bill" Cobb; her daughters, Angela Martin (Jason) and Amy Sullivan (Justin); her siblings, Larry Waggoner (Deborah), Donna Serven (Dan), Karen Selvidge (Keith) and Ruth Loy (Darcy); and her grandchildren, Josie, Jack, Lily and Karly. She is also survived by many extended family and friends.
Because Della had a special place in her heart for animals, the family suggests donations be made in her honor to a local animal shelter of choice in care of Knell Mortuary.
