Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Hannah Grace Hurlbut (Carthage, Missouri), born in Joplin, Missouri, who passed away at the age of 12, on April 11, 2020. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Gail Hurlbut and Gary Weston. She is survived by: her parents, Keith Hurlbut (Nikki) and Ashley Hurlbut (Farran); her siblings, Caleb Hurlbut, Olivia Hurlbut, Elizabeth Hurlbut, Cameron Weston, Blake Weston, Mason Weston and Shelby Sleeth (Jacob); her nephew Soren Sleeth; and her grandparents, Kim Gallentine, Chris Farran (Hollie), Ron Hurlbut (Marilee), Kelly Spencer (Scott), Tim Tommey and Opal Weston. She is also survived by two great-grandparents; and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Hannah Grace Hurlbut Memorial Fund in care of Knell Mortuary.
