He is survived by: his parents, Archie Dunn and Glenda Kay "Henry" Dunn; his stepmother Cathy "Hayes" Dunn; his daughter Katelyn Dunn; his brothers, Kevin Dunn (Lisa) of Avilla and Kerry Dunn (Shannon) of Mt. Vernon; his siblings' children, Kristen Epperson, Lauren Replogle, Jonathan Dunn, Sam Dunn, Isaac Dunn and Garrett Dunn; his goddaughter Charlize; and his pet Roxy. He is also survived by four great nephews and one great niece.
