She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas W. Lambeth and Lora Lambeth (Whisner); her husband Paul L. Hornback; her children, Ann Mitts and Roger Hornback; and her siblings, Nelson Lambeth, Noel Lambeth, Leroy Lambeth, Billy Lambeth and Lucille Mullens.
She is survived by: her son Donald Hornback; and her grandsons, Jeff Stout (Melinda), Jonathan Stout (Jana), Brent Hornback (Sandra) and Justin Hornback. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
