Sapp (Carthage, Missouri), born in Independence, Missouri, who passed away on October 18, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Martin and Nina June Martin (Newberry). She is survived by: her children, Karen Madsen, Bobbi Peak (Kelly), Susie Judd (Tim) and Jim Sapp, Jr. (Tammy); and her siblings, Debbie Williams (Chuck), Warner (David) and David Martin of Belton, MO. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
