He is survived by: his wife Billie Gail Dennis; his children, Denise Marsh (Chris), Donna Maggard, Debbie Reynolds, Martin "Marty" Oetting II (Helen) and Jonathan "Jon" Oetting (Jennifer); and his brother Ronald Oetting (Joyce). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and many extended family and friends.
