Norma Havely Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Norma Havely of Carthage, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 18, 2025 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Richard "Dick" Edmisten and Bertie Alice Edmisten (Payne); her husband George Havely; and her siblings, Clarence Edmisten, Jr., Orville Edmisten and Colleen Ives.
She is survived by: her children, Pete Havely (Linda) and Marsha Scott (Nick Nemmers); her grandsons, David Havely and Steven Havely (Ashley); her great grandchildren, Harper and Hudson Havely; and her nieces, Joyce Hill (Doug) and Linda Rogero (Steve). She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
The lying in state will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Knell Mortuary (308 W Chestnut St, Carthage, MO 64836). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Ethel Reece Cemetery (88 Co Rd 2400, Barnsdall, OK 74002).
