She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Dale; her grandfather Ed Washecheck; her siblings, Jerry Arthur Huggard of Pensacola, Susan Della Henderson of Tampa, Eddie Huggard of Eufala, Annette Gunter of Norman and Jimmie Allen Huggard of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.; her niece Michelle Turner; her children, Eli of Colony and Josie of Bartlesville, Oklahoma.; her parents, Arthur Leonard Huggard and Evelyn Joy Henderson; her sister Kathie Jean Turner; her children, Steve Wilson, Joe Pierjok and Associate Rector; Czech and Ellen Wolf.
Jinny has pledged to return her grandfather's generosity by leaving her portion of the couple's estate to the Oklahoma State University Foundation.
