With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carolyn Raye Oatsvall (Caruthersville, Missouri), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 2, 2025 at the age of 84. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl William Brantley and Helen Lane Brantley. She is survived by: her sons, Charlie Mack Oatsvall, Jr. of Caruthersville and Jeffery Todd Oatsvall (Patricia); her grandchildren, Carolyn Beth, Eric McClain, Jamie and Chris Carr; her great grandchild Carl Lane Oatsvall (Tammy); her sisters, Barbara Jean Vaughn, Margaret Ann Reed and Carla Faye Lewis; and also, Jake and Erin Oatsvall. She is also survived by four grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and a number of other relatives and many friends.
