He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Ira Pattillo and Betty Sue Gibson Pattillo; and his fiancée Paula Thompson. He is survived by: his son J. P. Pattillo (Amber) of Caruthersville, Missouri; his sister Lisa McClendon (David) of Caruthersville, Missouri; his grandchildren, Addison, Ava, Teaghyn, Kharter, Masyn and Jayce; his nephew Matthew McClendon (Stacy) of Caruthersville, Missouri; his cousin Reneau Benson Harrison (Lynn) of Caruthersville, Missouri; and his stepchildren, Jason, Nikki, Carrie and Joey. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the H. S. Smith Funeral Chapel (808 Ward Ave, Caruthersville, MO 63830). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Maple Cemetery (109 Highway U Caruthersville, MO 63830).
