He was predeceased by : his parents, Oneil Fuller-Stinson (Moton) and John Richard; and his siblings, Bernard, Lenora and Alice.
He is survived by : his wife Jacqueline; his children, Rachel Rebecca Fuller of Columbus, Georgia, Franklin Bernard Fuller of Fultondale, William Joseph Collom of Jacksonville, Christopher James Parks of Baltimore, Maryland and Emerald Marie McDaniel of Navarre, Florida; his grandchildren, Athena, Ava, Kiley, Chloe and Colin; his siblings, Ted, J. R. IV, Linda and Veronica; his aunts, Ora Lee and Roberta; and also Diane Merrell-Fuller.
