He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Forys; his children, Michael Forys, Michele Menendez (John) and Terri Stoff (Mike); his grandchildren, Carrie Lanie (Kenneth), Christopher Menendez (Presley), William Menendez, Jakob Stoff, Samuel Stoff and Mia Stoff; and his sister Elaine Waller.
