He is survived by : his wife Gayle; his sons, Jack Douglas (Judy) and Matthew Joseph (Courtney); his grandchildren, Khyleigh Faigle Allen (Tyler), Kohner Geist and Lylli Geist; and his great grandchildren, Jermaine, Haylie, Carley and Isabella.
