She was predeceased by : her parents, James Goatley and Tressie Goatley; her husband Sherley Leon Williams; her daughter Julie Williams; and her sister Easter Lomax.
She is survived by : her daughter Elizabeth Stout (Robert); her sister Willie Halcomb; her grandchildren, Laurie Brimmer (Guy), Shanna, Rachel and Roxanne McClarney (Patrick); her stepgrandchildren, Burke and Patricia Stout; her nephews, Jerald, Michael, Sam (Terry), Steve (Julie) and Mark (Gail); and her niece Beth (Porter). She is also survived by great nieces & nephews, along with numerous extended family and friends.
