She was predeceased by: her parents, Hobart Melvin and Mildred Melvin; her husband Andy Hord; her brother Hobart Melvin, Jr.; and her brother-in-law Leo LaCava.
She is survived by: her children, Mickie Gordon (Jim) of Arnold, Angie Kay Strauser (Bud) of Cedar Hill and Tammie Baker (Chris) of House Springs; her grandchildren, Shannon, Jamie Cearlock (Jason), Chad Strauser (Jane), Andrew Gordon (Kristi), Mark Wallace, Elisha Wallace, Zack Strauser, Karissa Baker (Josh) and Alexa Baker; her great grandchildren, Natalie, Carter, Elizabeth, Hunter, Max, Brody, Chase, Alexandria, Olivia, Brooke, Rhys, Noah, Cole and Oliver; and her sister Carol LaCava of House Springs.
