She is survived by: her husband William Scott; her son Brad Spurlock; her daughter-in-law Tracy Willingham of Chamois; her daughter Tiffany Slusser (Tom) of Chamois; her siblings, John Lee Scott, Donna Hodge, Wanda Briggs and Debbie Fitzgerald; and her grandchildren, Sandy, Hannah, Alyssa, Chris Slusser, Katlyn, Courtney and Abby Spurlock.
