It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Luther Moore (Charleston, Missouri), who passed away on September 4, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Moore and Florabell Moore; and his wife Barbara Moore. He is survived by: his children, William Thomas and Diane Winston; his grandson Tobias Moore; his children, Harold Winston of Charleston, Bradley Moore (Amanda) of Nashville, Larneice Moore and Dorothy Moore of Charleston; and his sister Ella Mae Moore of Charleston. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and other relatives.
