She was predeceased by : her parents, William Schif and Lydia Schif; and her brothers, Bill Schif (Lorraine) and Charlie Schif. She is survived by : her husband Eugene Collins; her sons, Michael Collins (Christine) and David Collins (Kimberly); her grandchildren, Natalie Miller (Dennis), Nicole Arnhart (Nathan), Jessica Collins and Austin Collins; her great grandchildren, Layla Miller, Jordan Arnhart and Jackson Arnhart; her brother Al Schif; and her sister-in-law Shirley Schif.

Memorial contributions may be made in Betty's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
