She was predeceased by : her parents, Clyde Cecile and Evelyn Lana Lilly Lightfoot (Parks); her husband Russell Leon Barlow; and her sister Ella Schamp. She is survived by : her daughters, Lois Meyer (Alfred) of Chillicothe, Rita Potter (Gerry) of Appleton and Connie Gilson (Gary) of Chillicothe, Missouri; and also Donald Lightfoot of Carrollton, Missouri.. She is also survived by five grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
