He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Horton and Mayme Dell VanHorn; and his siblings-in-law, David Daley and Donna Kay Horton. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Dudley of Chillicothe; his son Steve Horton; his grandchildren, Julia Horton, Kris Kitchin of Wheeling, Maria Horton, Travis Anderson of Chillicothe and Isaac Horton of Chillicothe; his children, Sarah Provolt, Wanita Bowman, Brandi Ried and Corey Rader; and his siblings, Al Horton of Chillicothe, Ray Horton (Eva), Glen Horton (Mary), Dick Horton (Patsy) and Linda Daley of Chillicothe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
