He is survived by: his wife Linda Perry; his children, Brian Perry (Ryann) of Chillicothe, Missouri, Adam Perry of Chillicothe, Missouri and Emily Baker (Nathan) of Chillicothe, Missouri; his grandchildren, Landon Baker of Chillicothe, Missouri, Ashton Baker of Chillicothe, Missouri and Dillion Perry of Chillicothe, Missouri; and his siblings, Carolyn Case of Chula, Pam Lissner of Independence, Missouri and Ronnie Perry (Joyce) of Chillicothe, Missouri. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
