She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Russell and Eathel Russell (Smiley); her husband Charles Richter; her son Jack; her granddaughter Kelly Richter; and her great grandchild Christopher Ashbrook.
She is survived by: her children, Venita Kelley of Peculiar and Russell Richter of Wheeling, Missouri; and her grandchildren, Shawn Kelley, Lisa Richter, Steve Kelley and Karma Richter. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, 9 great-great grandchildren.
