She was predeceased by : her parents, Elmer Lowe and Ella Lowe (Norman); her former husband Harold Eugene Parker; and her sister JoAnn Brown. She is survived by : her husband Terry Finney; her sons, Jim Parker (Candy) of Hale and John Parker (Rosie) of Chillicothe, Missouri; and her sister Lois Jones of Chillicothe, Missouri.. She is also survived by five grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 14th 2021 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lindley Funeral Home (309 Main St, Hale, MO 64643). A graveside service was held on Friday, January 15th 2021 at 10:00 AM at the Hale Cemetery (Hale, MO 64643).
