She is survived by: her children, Gail Head, Jr. (Margaret) of Chillicothe, Missouri, Lydia Loraine Wallace and Letha Louise Wallace; her sister Peggy Engleman of Weatherby Lake, Missouri; her grandson Cory Allnutt of Lee's Summit, Missouri; and her great grandchild Luke Allnutt of Lee's Summitt, Missouri. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
