She was predeceased by : her parents, Maurice McCarty and Helen McCarty (Graves); and her brother Maurice McCarty, Jr.. She is survived by : her children, Maurice "Butch" Eskew (Lillian) of Brookfield, Missouri and Jacalyn Quintero-Mendoza of Chillicothe, Missouri; her grandchildren, Breanna Figg of St. Joseph, Jessica Hutchison (Nathan) of Chillicothe, David Eskew (Jena) of Chillicothe Missouri, Tanya Figg of Chillicothe, Ashley Guyer (Andy) of Warrensburg and Travis Guyer of Linneus, Missouri; her great grandchildren, Todd Christo (Katy) of Honolulu, Braden Constant of Chillicothe, Madison Bowling (Trevor) of Colorado Springs, Carson Aguilar-Figg of Chillicothe, Elena Quintero-Figg of Chillicothe, Quinten Eskew of Chillicothe, Olivia Vieth of St. Joseph and Caleb Hearon of California; and her great great grandchildren, Brylen Christo, Cade Christo, Emmalyn Christo, Adalyn Oswald, Kinsley Spire, Larson Hutchison and Lucien Hutchison.
