He was predeceased by : his siblings, Kenneth Bell, Dale Bell (Tess), Ronnie Bell, Gail Bell (Debbie), Sharon Riley (Alvin) and Laura Bell.

He is survived by : his spouse Carol Sexton; his children, Anthony Bell of Columbia, Joseph Bell (Crystal) of Prairie Home, MO and Christine Bell-Turner (Jon Turner) of Centralia; his grandchildren, Blake, Carter, Brady, Cole and Stella; his mother-in-law Stella Sexton; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Sexton and Wanda Schudel (Donnie).
