He is survived by: his fiancée Sarah Cabanas; his children, Ryan Starr and Charley Starr; his sisters, Tracy E. Forney and Kathy Newlon; and his siblings' children, McKenna Forney, Morgan McNeal and Justin Forney.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pathway-Millard Family Funeral Chapel (411 Union Ave, Moberly, MO 65270).
