He was predeceased by : his parents, Wayne Hickman Duck and Linda Louise McGill Duck; and his siblings, Jimmy Ray Slayton and Carolyn Marie Duck Slayton. He is survived by : his children, Misty Jean Everett of Malden and Stephen John Duck of Malden; and his siblings, Lois Ann Barks (James) of Malden, Jimmy Wayne Duck of Malden, Alvin Wayne Slayton of Malden, Donald Gene Duck of Malden and Jerry Lee Duck (Debbie) of Parma.
