She was predeceased by: her parents, Domingo Sylvia and Alvarina Sylvia (Araujo). She is survived by: her husband Joseph Pond; her children, Stephen, Michael, Jeffrey, Christopher, Joseph Jr., Cynthia and Susan; and her sister Elizabeth. She is also survived by 13 Grandchildren and four Great Grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorial contributions be made to Queen of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
