He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ragan and Mary Amelia Willey (Kempinger); and his brothers, Sonny and Wayne Willey. He is survived by: his former wife Judith Lee Crooks; his wife Judy Willey; his sons, Robert "Bob" Willey (Cindy) of Cleveland, Missouri, Patrick "Pat" Willey (Cindy) of Cleveland, Missouri and William "Bill" Willey (Angela) of Cleveland, Missouri; his grandchildren, Lyndsey, Christopher, Sabrina, Nick, Tylor, Cameron, Ciera and Ragan; his great grandchild Olivia; and his brothers, Ed Willey and Jack Willey. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
