He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Mack and Antonia Zajac. He is survived by: his wife Susie; his sons, Joseph Lee Mack and John Louis Mack; and his sisters, Casey Pibolis, Joyce Pulliam and Judy Brawley. He is also survived by other relatives and many, many friends.
