He was predeceased by: his parents, Cathy Cimochowski and Fredrick Benoit Jr.; his stepfather Norman Carter; and his siblings, Norman Carter Jr. and Joan Mohlman.
He is survived by: his wife Nen Benoit; his brothers, Wayne and Fredrick; his children, Barbara Hart (Gary), Tammy Benoit, Angelic Dozier (Ron) and Alana Evans (Morgan); his grandchildren, Nick, Sidney, Joseph, Jacob, Caleb, Elijah, Gracie, Braden and Julianne; and his great grandchildren, Logan, Ethan and Riley.
