She was predeceased by : her parents, William F. Stephens and Nina Mae Stephens; her husband Wayne D. Green; and her brothers, Bill Stephens and Richard "Dick" Stephens.

She is survived by : her children, Leeanna Bensaid (Youssef), Michelle Underwood (Clinton), Shannon Green (Scott) and Michael Green (Crystal); her siblings, Sam Stephens (Leslie), Flossie Leonard and Wilma Henschel; and her sister-in-law Sonia Stephens. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 16 great grandchildren.
